I bought a 1/4 about 4-years ago from a friend I had bought ground beef before and it pretty good but, when we got the 1/4 the meat was gamey and I was disappointed. I have to say that we started looking to buy Texas raised beef, and though I was skeptical I read reviews and decided to try it out I’m so glad I did the tastes is very good I will be buying again!
