About Us

We started Half Calf in 2018 to provide high quality Texas raised beef from our family to the surrounding communities of central Texas. Our dream is to become a top supplier of high quality Texas sourced beef sold by the whole, half, and quarter carcass as well as individual cuts. In addition to beef we have started to offer pork raised by other local family farms and lamb raised by ourselves. Currently we predominantly harvest cattle we help raise on Weinheimer Ranch in Stonewall, TX with our family and from a few other families in our local area. In the future we hope to open our own processing facility to handle all our needs but until then we work with an excellent small processor just 15 miles from the ranch to minimize animal stress and transportation time. You can count on us to process your order in a prompt and professional manner all at a competitive price!

 We are selling beef direct to consumers and offering primarily grain finished calves, but also grass fed calves, pork, and lamb all locally sourced from central Texas. We are just a phone call away and will take the time to talk to each and every customer to answer questions.
