We bought a half beef and shared with our kids. We are all in agreement the meat cooks up well, is tender and has a great flavor. Would buy again without question!
I have now ordered my 3rd round of steak, burger, and other meats with each time loving the quality and taste. Now that the direct from farm meat is equal if not cheaper than the normal Aldi, Kroger or Tom Thumb how can you not order? Best tasting steaks I have had in a long time, and suggest others take the taste plunge and try Half Calf.
Maybe the best tasting pork chop I have been able to find, thoough I prefer mine a bit less thick for cooking reasons. This thick cut would be good for splitting and stuffing, but not for correct meat doneness when frying.
I love this beef and this business. We have bought 2 half calf’s from Kameron and a half a pig and all of the meat has been amazing. I’ve shared it with my co workers and friends!
