35-38lbs Premium Central Texas Raised Dry Aged Beef
This beef is from cattle raised on our family run ranch, harvested less than 20 min away to minimize animal stress, dry aged and vacuum sealed. If you're tired of not knowing where your beef comes from and are ready for better flavor and small batch quality this is the beef for you.
Box can have a mix of:
- 6-Ribeyes, Sirloins, New York Strips, Filets, or T-bones
- 2-Chuck Steaks or Round Steaks, .
- 3-Chuck Roasts, Arm Roasts, Round Roast, or Brisket Half
- 10-15lbs of Ground beef 1lb Tubes
- 1-Package of Flank or Skirt Steak
- 1-Package of Shank Soup Bones
- 1-2-Packages of Short Ribs
These are examples of what could be included but does not guarantee it will be included in every box. We will not put more than 15lbs of ground beef in any Butchers Choice Box.
