Sirloin Steaks are one of the most versatile cuts on a calf. Great for a more affordable steak night, cut up for stew or stir fry, or tenderized for a chicken fried steak they work on all accounts. This steak is great for any occasion.
Cooking- Let stand until room temperature is reached then cook over high heat until desired internal temperature. Once done let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
